2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the VTU (Virtual Top Up) services, bill payments, and other related services provided by AMTPAY.
• "User", "You" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
• "Account" means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• "Wallet" refers to the digital wallet on the Platform where funds are stored for transactions.

3. Our Services

AMTPAY provides a platform for users to:

• check_circle Purchase airtime and data bundles for various networks in Nigeria (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile).
• check_circle Pay utility bills such as electricity tokens and cable TV subscriptions.
• check_circle Convert airtime to cash (subject to applicable rates and terms).

Note: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments on AMTPAY are processed securely. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on the terms valid at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

Wallet funding can be done via bank transfer, debit card, or other payment methods provided on the platform. While we strive for instant funding, some transactions may be subject to bank processing times.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are only processed for failed transactions where value was not given. If a transaction is successful on our end and the value has been delivered to the provided recipient (e.g., phone number or meter number), no refund will be issued.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and when we share personal information and other data with third parties. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AMTPAY and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Nigeria. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AMTPAY.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AMTPAY, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
